Neon Cosmetic White 30gram

Diamond FX Neon White Cosmetic* is a wax-based, water activated paint.

Neon White is prefect for glowing skulls, clowns, ghosts and adding high lights to your black light designs. All Diamond FX Neon colours are black light reactive yet Neon White is Only Effective under Black Lights. Neon white is very sheer under regular light. You can use Neon White on top of other essential colours to help them glow under black light. The colours will not be as intense as a pure neon colour, but they will have a soft glow. If you water down the Neon White and apply it thinly you can create this effect. You only need a very thin transparent layer to get a strong glow under black light. If close to the black light it will reflect the blue glow from the bulb. Regular white face paint doesn't glow under black light.
